Bottom to housing prices?

A Zillow market analysis report released last Friday indicated that how value declines are steady.   Dr. Stan Humphries, Zillow’s chief economist said that the data clearly indicates a bottom in home prices across the country has not been hit yet and will come later this year or in early 2011 at the earliest.
